Benefits of Ballroom Dance:

Aesthetics -- International Ballroom Dance is one of the most beautiful and popular dances. We learn to be more elegant, gorgeous and graceful in standard dances; as well as we learn to be more sexy, sharp and rhythmic in Latin dances.

Fun -- International Ballroom Dance makes YOU able to dance with other dancers anywhere around the world. Everywhere you go, you find opportunities to dance latin and standard, whether at a wedding reception, cruise, or just that holiday escape; you can dance on a gorgeous stage, studio or your simple basement...

Friendships -- Ballroom dance is also good for your social life because people love the social environment of ballroom dancing. You’ll meet great people who are all learning and growing as they experience the beauty and fun of ballroom dance.

Confidence -- Dancers have better body alignments, more charming eyes and facial expressions. They possess an aura of self-confidence and an ability to enjoy themselves more in public settings. Their entire mental outlook takes on a renewed sense of creativity, motivation, and energy.

Health -- Dancing encourages weight control and overall fitness through calorie burn-off. Ballroom dance not only brings well known physical and mental benefits as mentioned above; in addition, a considerable effect of dancing on psychological well-being is noted.
